Our Inspection Trips
Features of our Tailored Inspection Trip:
Our specialist team will help you book your flights and one of our four-star hotels, which will be situated in the area the in which you wish to view property. All of our hotels are subsidised, of an excellent standard and benefit from having facilities such as swimming pools, restaurants and bars.
The Inspection Trips can be tailored from one to three nights, with a recommended trip being three days and two nights, though this can be tailored around your flights and proposed itinerary.
Your Inspection Trip will be carried out by an experienced Property Consultant and will be one to one unless otherwise specified to find your dream property. The inspection trip will be a relaxed balance of showing the area and a range of property that meets your requirements.
Whilst on your Inspection Trip, meals and associated drinks will be covered by Italy Rediscovered whilst you are with our Property Consultant.
Our trained consultants offer you advice on all aspects of buying, rental management and resale. We have a dedicated international property lawyer, based in our Calabria office to offer you advice and guidance on various legal matters when buying your overseas property.
If you decide to purchase a property whilst on your Inspection Trip, we will refund your travel and hotel costs up to a maximum of €350, upon receipt of your reservation deposit and signed contract.
Tailored Pre-Reservation Inspection Trip
A tailored pre-reservation inspection trip is like a normal inspection trip, but allows you to pre-reserve a property of your choice in the location you desire on any development we offer.
After making your desired property selection, with the help of one of our approved agents, you can reserve your property on a pre-reservation inspection trip agreement and pay a reservation deposit of €3000 per property. It allows you to hold the property up to a maximum of 21 days whilst we help to make arrangements for your inspection trip. If you do not like the property or the area we will refund the money to you in full; if required, the deposit can be transferred to any other property selection of your choice.
Appointment Only Inspection Trips
If you are in Calabria on holiday or prefer to make your own way and spend time in this stunning region, we offer an appointment only inspection trip for our clients. All appointments must be pre-booked in advance, at least 7 days prior to travel and are subject to availability. Our Property Consultants will arrange specific site appointments on your behalf, and will show you a selection of property that meets your time requirements.
If a hotel is required for your visit, our four star hotel rates start from €50 for a single room and €70 for a double room and includes breakfast. Hotel accommodation will be repaid up to a maximum of €350.00* if you purchase, so you could stay for free!
